What are the show hours?

The show opens at 00:01 hrs EDT on October 20, 2021 and runs straight through till Oct 21, 2021 till 23:59 hrs. It is a 48-hour show.

Is there a time conversion table?

Absolutely! https://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/ allows you to convert your local time into Eastern Time. Use your time zone on one side and Eastern Daylight Saving time on the other side.

What is the URL to login?

https://2021.unite-virtual.com where a login button will appear on the day of the event for you to access the show-floor.

What are my login credentials? I cannot find it. What do I do next?

Buyers / Media: Please use the email ID that you used for registering yourself for UNITE 2021. You do not require a password. If you are unable to login, it is because either a different email ID was used or there was a typographical error in your email ID. Did you receive email reminders from UNITE? Please use the email ID on which these reminders were sent. If you did not receive any reminders, then please re-register now and jump right in.

Exhibitors: You would have set your own login credentials. Please use the ‘forgot password’ button to reset your password.

Trade Buyers: You would have received the login credentials and password from UNITE. If you cannot find the email, please use the ‘forgot password’ button to reset and jump right in.

What are the system requirements? Do I need to download any software?

UNITE 2021 is browser based and does not require any downloads. Some of the system and device requirements to get ready with are:

For the best experience during UNITE 2021 we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Internet Explorer is NOT supported. The event will be accessible on mobile web browsers as well.

Supported Devices:

It is best to log on using a laptop, desktop computer or cell phone.

Tablets are supported but not recommended for the ideal experience.

Bandwidth Requirement:

Minimum bandwidth is 600kbps (up/down) and recommended is 1.5 Mbps (up/down)

Will I have issues with the video/audio quality? Could you help?

UNITE 2021 is browser based with optimum bandwidth/internet speed. Please reset your internet connection by switching it off and on and try again. Also, please switch off all other browsers, document and anything that you do not need for your meeting, during the meeting. It may help. Minimum bandwidth is 600kbps (up/down) and recommended is 1.5 Mbps (up/down)

I just want to attend the webinars. Can I still attend UNITE 2021?

Absolutely! Please join us as we would love to have you participate in whichever way you’d like and for as long as you’d like.

I am attending as a buyer. How many meetings do I have to do?

We’d request you to do 10 meetings with our exhibitors but we understand if you are not able to. Meet all those you’d like. One request – if you are not able to make it to a meeting, please cancel it so that the exhibitors are not left waiting and they can meet someone else.
